Here are some ways that our family spends the dog days of summer. First, find a cool spot and lay down. Sunny side up as it makes one feel cooler.
Find a brother with the same shirt on and watch Sid the Science Kid.
Eat watermelon and picnic foods.
Or put a pretty dress on and clean.
Have yourself a pool party.
Complete with sprinklers.
And bubbles blown to the dog.
Find a sister to read a book to.
Go play at the park.
Don't forget to take time to swing.
Play ball!
Or go to dance class.
Play in the water.
Climb like
Spiderman with a friend.
Squirt water.
Get your toe nails painted....even if you aren't quite 2 years old yet.
And show love. Again, and again, and again....
